Can't Sign In on iPhone App

This used to work but since changing my password, I can't log in to the iPhone app. I keep getting a message saying:

Login Failed: Wrong login details
Please verify login details are accurate

I can sign in just fine to world.waze.com using the same exact credentials (I'm in Jordan).

I've already tried deleting the app from my iPhone and re-installing. I tried the old password also but doesn't work.

Username and password are case-sensitive. Make sure of that first.

Are you at all close to Israel at your current location?

For others with experience here: is there a chance that Waze is picking him up on the Israeli servers? They have a totally different user database.

Go in as guest and navigate to "##@other"

I've upgraded OS on my android phone, installed waze, changed the password first (not related to OS/waze install), but I couldn't log in to waze, same error as stealpole is reporting.
navigating to ##@other solved the issue, but I have no idea what the problem was
