It would be better (imo) if the buttons behind the left menu button would have a layout like this:
Navigate - Fuel - Reports
My Waze - My friends - Close app
Settings - Share - Help
Is it possible to re-arrange these buttons or make them a little bit smaller so you don't have to scroll in this menu?

I agree - The Navigate & Reports buttons are most used. Currently I have to scroll the menu to get to Reports with my LG Optimus Elite. Perhaps an on larger smartphones the menu shows all the buttons.

I never use the reports button in the main menu.

Not even to check for accidents, etc. along your route / commute? I often do.

A user-customizable option would be good too!

Nope. Waze will alert me if there is something on my route.

Very much agree. I'm using Waze to navigate and avoid traffic. Not to look for new or old friends
Nevertheless, let us choose the button layout please.
