I am new to Waze on the Android platform. When I use the My Waze button and then select Scoreboard it reports that I am a Baby Waze and need "xxx kilometers to next level". When I go under My Waze - View settings - General my Unit is shown as "Mile". Am I overlooking another setting that will convince Waze to use miles instead of kilometers? (I wish we would adopt the metric system..)

Have you checked the setting on your dashboard here on the website?

Looks like this bug only impacts someone new to Waze. Once you go beyond the 100 miles (or perhaps 100km) the Scoreboard goes from km to points.
