We're trying to reproduce the issue to figure out what's wrong. We did make a fix right now but we're not sure what was the root cause, so please try navigating again and report if you still see the issue.
Thanks,

I noticed this today also. I did capture screenshots on one of my routes:

And a little further along:

The purple highlighted route picked up again about a mile to the left (west) on US 19. Then continued trying to "reroute" all the way to destination ( in Tarpon Springs).

I don't have any screen shots, but it happened to me. I had a drive along NY RT13 for 20 miles, and the purple navigator route tracked like an all dash version of morse code. The navigator kept re-calculating too. Very annoying. I will post shots tomorrow if it happens again.

I did not take screenshots, but I did create URs along the way (for some portions of my drive).
All of the URs contained in the following view were created by me yesterday during the routing issue where there were gaps in the route.
https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=1&lon ... TTTFTTTTFTEDIT 8/26: Sorry, this post is no longer valid, an editor just closed all of my URs with "Not Identified".

The screenshots of this happening would be very boring. They show the map, the correct position of the vehicle, and the "Proceed to highlighted route" at the top. Is there something specifically that they want to see/know?
Here's another example:

From all appearances, this has been resolved, unless folks continue to have issues today (Friday).

I too had "proceed to highlighted route" for most of my commute yesterday morning, from about 7:30 to 8:00 AM pacific daylight time, in the SF bay area. At about 8, everything became normal again and the routing was the fine for the rest of my trip to work. It was fine in the afternoon.

Strange... the ROTW map update is tomorrow. Did a double check, but edits from just before the cutoff date are not live yet...
I expect to be able to make some screenshots tomorrow (will leave a bit before 6 AM for work).

Had the same issue twice today. First when I started navigation when I left home. Took about 2 km before it picked up normal navigation. I imagined it was due to 3G reception or something.
Second time, which was more annoying, on the highway. Map went blank and "bleep-bleep" noise came over the speakers every 5 secs or so... :@
Luckily it came back before my highway exit, but this doesn't boost my Waze navi confidence!
Cheers!
