At least in our area we've had a lot of mobile camera setups. So they'll be there for a day or two each week.

Those can't be added through WME. They can only be reported as they're setup/seen.

That's wrong. You DON'T stop for red light cameras in order for them to "work" so one must NOT stop for it. :)
