IGN Form Question

When permalinking an area for the IGN form, does road layer have to completely load before you send the report? As has been the norm lately, road layer takes forever to load if it loads at all.

Just wondering if having the link copied in the address bar, then pasting to the form (without layer loading completely on my end) is enough

Edit: You know...now that I've thought about it, probably doesn't matter. If WME is not working....I'm sure they're not too concerned with IGN forms at this point.

Road layer has nothing to do with permalinking. If you can blindly select the segments, you'll see coordinates and segment number(s)!in the permalink.

Of course you'll need to let the road layer load before you do the screen capture you're supposed to send.
