For address lookups, no. Those are hard-coded to bing in the US and results are shown in the Waze results tab. If bing returns no result, other providers may be used, including Waze's internal address location.
The next version of the map editor will likely have the ability to assign a range of addresses per segment for both sides of the street. This is a step in the sideways direction, IMO, as so many addresses are not actually located on the street the address is attached to. But those concerns from us have either fallen on deaf ears, they don't understand, or simply don't have the time or resources to implement a strictly lat/lon-based addressing system.

Are you using the
tap and hold method to enter your favorites? You can use this method for you Home as well, just delete the existing Home favorite if it is not working and add a new one in the correct location.
You also use the tap and hold method to enter favorites for the Menards and Walmart. Waze farms out its business searches. If the search results are returning an incorrect location, the data would need to be corrected in the database of whichever search provider is returning the wrong info.

And the Search provider most commonly providing the data because it's the default is Bing. Try going to Bing maps and searching for the locations. Then use the report problem link (or the feedback link if the RP link doesn't show up) and provide the correct information. They are slow but they do occasionally update their info based on such reports.
Otherwise when you do a location search in the app notice when it gives the result that there are several icons at the bottom or to the side, including the Google "G" the Yelp symbol and others, try using the other search engines to see if you get better results.

I have searched and can't find how to create my home address. I live in rural Illinois.
My dirt road does exist on the map but how do i assign my address to the location on the map.
I have driven back and forth numerous times and yesterday it finally lead me back but I can't assign the spot to my Home, I have to have a separate Favorites setup for my location.
Also how do I correct the address of my local Menards and Walmart. They both have the old addresses, in fact Menards has 2 old locations/addresses.

Yes I found that Bing is about 10 years old on their info, and they are not that old?????
If I use Google maps (on my desktop) I am located directly to where my home is located, the address was officially recorded about 6 yrs ago.
So I did create a new favorite for my Home address and after a few trips back and forth it now directs me back home properly.
As for using the non-default maps I did try clicking on the G for Google but got no response?
Is there anyway to set/force it to always use Google?
