I cannot find city in map on my phone but on PC (http://www.waze.com/livemap/) is no problem.
e.g. Suwalki, Poland

First of all, you're on the wrong server.
You should look om http://world.waze.com/livemap
There are 3 servers.
WWW-server: USA+Canada
IL-server: Israël
WORLD-server: all the rest.

Do other map/location apps on your phone work properly? Like built-in maps app or foursquare, etc.?
