Report any Issues you are having with the new Waze Map Editor in this thread.
BUGLIST (as compiled from posts in this thread):- Reports of very slow performance and/or browser crashing - seems to be isolated to the ROTW infrastructure.
- Editable areas layer makes the editor very slow.
- The Update Request functionality is incomplete.
- Closed UR's are showing on the map.
This should be gone in 24hours (depending on what Waze does to sync the UR's). - The area in the 'Areas I can edit' isn't correct.
- Some map tiles do not load. - seems to be specific to the World server
- The user-ID is shown instead of a username in the properties drawer and Update Requests details
Workaround: Press 'Permalink' and it should show the username. - The drives list is not in the right order.
- Not possible to edit after trying to deleted a junction that's not possible to delete.
- One-way trip to a problematic roundabout problem.
- Aerial layer not updating correctly on zoomlevel 8 after pressing permalink.

Just to document it here, the editable areas layer is a resource hog.

I'm in the UK, now the new editor is extrametely slow. Recently I found it shows km on 'my drives'. It should be mile here.
Will test it tomorrow if its speed back to normally

I also find it extremely slow. Maybe it wil be better tomorrow, when everybody has tried it.
Also i saw that closed UR's are reappearing.

Tediously slow! Had many many "Aw, Snap!" crashes already!
Not sure what this is meant to to show but with the whole of Scotland as my AM area and the whole of the UK as editable I'm fairly sure this is wrong...

- My Areas.PNG (7.43 KiB) Viewed 3655 times
Lots of unfinished tiles too...

- Tilesmissing.PNG (215.75 KiB) Viewed 3655 times
So far pretty underwhelming!

Switching from Papyrus to Cartouche after pressing permalink to keep position, activates all layers in the old editor.
It's nice to have city polygons in Papyrus, wow! That's collorfull! When everything is working well, this is great I think. At this moment lots of tiles are not loaded when zooming in.
In the new editor I had my first sync issue, à no entrance pedistrian segment showed up as 2-way dirt road. Cartouche shows correct. This change was made 5 days ago...

Love the Cities Layer!
It's very slow though both on Firefox and Chrome (and I'm running an i7).
Also it seems to have broken the papyrus extended tools greasemonkey script (in firefox anyway)
