I Cannot view mi history, points, map.....!!!

Hello for 2 weeks all the information maps, points and routes have disappeared need help to see the routes created ....

Make sure you are logging into the correct website.

This project has three main sites

"North America" (only US and canada) www.waze.com
"World" aka ROTW (rest of the world) world.waze.com
Israel www.waze.co.il (homeland for the waze project, hence why it still has it's own server)

Accounts are shared betwen www and world, and lots of links will take you only to the www server, but if you are in the world server your points/routes will only show there.

I cannot see any of my routes although I'm driving quite a lot and always with Waze (I've about 30 000 points).
I want to report issues on maps but without routes I am not allowed.
I've tried in the www as well as in the world site (I'm driving in Malaysia).

Malaysia is hosted at world.waze.com. There are currently issues with the world infrastructure that Waze is working to resolve. See status.waze.com.
