Issue downloading voice files

Two weeks on and Waze is used daily... still getting the "Oops" message about five minutes after startup. Is there a way to cancel the download request, I cannot find it.

Just keep trying until it succeeds. It helps to do this on a wifi connection (faster, more stable).

I use waze on my android smartphone HTC Inspire 4G, but when I try to download any language voice file (spanish specially), the download can't complete and shows me an error that says:"Oops! Downloading new voice files failed. Please try again later".
I try many methods but I can't solve this problem, please your help

i have the same problem with italian voice on my galaxy ace

I've been stuck in that same loop for about a month.
Won't download over wifi or OTA.

I don't mind clicking off the error message but would like some variety during my drive.
