the changes happend in the last couple of days between 3 users...I know the A12 changes a couple of times, where it goes from 3 lanes, to 2 lanes with a middle section and traffic lights, and i know mappy and google maps show the differences as well, but the ways it's done now...

But it should not.

no i'm not saying that, because i know it's not freeway the whole time.
first thing that pops out is that the parts that are not freeway are not situated correct and don't stop at the same place and the fact that it has been changed couple of time by different users.
All I'm saying is, please communicate about changes like that ( = you can see this at low zoom level)

If i'm the last one who edited it, I'm 100% sure it's labeled correctly from south to north.
(Or they have changed something the last 2 weeks)

you are the last one to edit, and okay apparently the sign you mentioned above is situated a couple of 100 meters before pappenboskant, but the way the roads looks; it still looks like a highway to me, also other maps define it otherwise...

Daar ontbreken twee verbindingen tussen de twee weghelften; nodig om af te kunnen slaan.
Als ik iets wil doen met dit wegsegment, dan heb ik onvoldoende rechten, terwijl ik op alles in de buurt wel rechten heb.

Hoe kan dat, dat die rechten niet goed staan? Hier nog een stel waar ik verbeteringen aan wil brengen, maar niet mag doen:
