The tiles are currently updating regularly on a weekly basis. Every Sunday night (GMT) the tiles in both servers are switched and contain all map updates as of the previous Monday.

This week for example, the tiles will be switched on Sunday, May 20th and will contain all map updates as of May 14th.

OK, then here is the first bug - both editors, LiveMap, clients and the nav servers are luckily making use of it, but neither the Dashboard, nor the LiveMap mention anything newer than "Last update: 5.8.2012"

Are Waze pedants Wazi-nazis?

Is there a way of importing a GPX trace as I had Waze and MyTracks running at the same time.

Afraid not no.

Also, two routes I drove on Monday have not appeared on my dashboard...

Were they longer journeys? Routes are not done chronologically and shorter routes will tend to appear much quicker.

It was better when we could get daily updates :-/

I guess those days are gone as there are so many more wazers now.

Who remembers the days when you could bulldoze a new road one day, name it in the cartouche the next and it would be on the live map the day after?

Those were the days! No cheats back then either! Can't believe I'm being nostalgic about a time when we were stuck with old cartouche!

I think the real-time plan was for points and route tracking etc rather than tile updates. Back in the day it used to be roughly twice a week which I think would be fine.
