Does level 4 let me clear update requests from anywhere? I haven't gotten mine yet, even though I have been over for a while.

Alan and Mapcat, can you edit/delete/reconnect junctions outside your area?

I'm going by points. I have 279,000 points at 5 points per mile. That way the shield mean the same thing for mileage guys and those kilogram weirdos . . .
