I want to delete my account

When I go to the support page and type in 'delete account' is tells me to email support@waze.com with my username, email, and a brief description as to why I want to delete my account. I keep getting back an automatic response and I'm getting frustrated. Please help me, I no longer want my waze account.

The email gives me the link to the support page. I even tried to email the alpha@waze.com but it gives the same response so I'm guessing that is being discontinued as well.

As I suspected (and is expected). Type "Delete Account" into the Quick Help box. It will provide you with some answers (that you should ignore in this case), and click "Email" at the bottom. Fill in the information.

Thanks. When it asks for what device I am on, whatever I put in doesn't work. I am currently on the IPhone 4 and that is what I plugged in, as well as just 'iPhone'. Is there something else I can type in?

What is the exact error (what does it say when you click submit)? Make sure all the fields have been filled. (Did you put iPhone for Device and OS?)

Oh thanks. It worked, I sent the email/delete account request.

When I enter a problem for which the phone/device/OS isn't important, I just put "N/A".

I'm having the exact same problem. When I hit submit, it says my Title is too short and won't let me submit the ticket. Someone please HELP!!

I would guess by title, that it's talking about the subject line. Try placing in a whole sentence in here.
