Can arrows by added to people's icons so we know which way they are traveling?

Not likely due to privacy, though you can just watch the map to see which direction people are traveling.

firstly if someone is using this app they are giving up their privacy. secondly if you wanted to ping someone ahead on a 2 way road how do you know what direction they are traveling? As far as just following them on the map, since it's not updated in real time i find it a bit hard to do that.
