There is a problem with this approach. When I'm arriving to a reported obstacle / police / hazard / whatever and looking for it, the "Not there" option mostly disappears at reaching a zero distance (or even sooner, if any report temporarily pops up on the screen), just prior to being sure that it is really gone. No possibility to cancel it this way afterwards.

Sorry for the late intervention but...
I think I've readen somewhere, some time ago, "not there" don't suppress the warning really, it only hide it from the client that press on "not there" button. It was similar action about ping and "report abuse" or something like this.
Am I wrong ?
