Turn Restriction Verification

I am reviewing a UR that appears to indicate that the left turn fromD St NW behind the Wilson Bldg to southbound 14th St is not allowed. I didn't think there was any restriction there, but haven't driven that turn in a while. Can anyone who drives through there regularly confirm whether or not this turn is allowed?

It might be that waze is routing behind the Wilson Bldg. But the left turn from Penn. Ave to 13 1/2 St. is also allowed, is it not?

There is UR indicating that the left turn from westbound Rhode Island to South Dakota is not allowed. I think this is a time based restriction, but don't know the times it is in effect. Anyone know?

Another recurring spot that UR turn up is from southbound 4th St SW turning left onto M St. Is that turn really restricted?

From Penn, I see a turn lane and it seems to be allowed, but from 13 1/2 to Penn, there's a no-left sign

From RI, it appears to be time restricted (they've got a sign that lights up in the street view and from the other direction, it's restricted during the rush hour). From SD, traveling south east, there's no left any time.

Street view isn't any help on that one since the road was under construction when they came through. Of course it's always possible that all these other turn restrictions have changed since Google last passed through, too.

Yeah, I find that more often than not when a UR and streetview conflict, the UR is correct. That's why its so helpful for those that have driven the area to be maintaining the maps.

How about Westbound Constitution to Northbound 9th? The URs are fairly adamant that the turn is not allowed.

Anyone know if there is a restriction turning from 15th to Fuller NW?
