Time conditional left turns

Not yet, been a lot of talk on here about it. I guess it is up to you if you want the turn restricted always or allowed always. I have one or 2 that it is restricted from 6 am - 9 am. To me, I allow the turns. Not going to restrict it for the the other 21 hours. But if the turn is only allowed at night, why not restrict it, shouldn't effect as many people.

In my city, there are a lot of roads where you can't make left turns during peak hours (7-22), and waze keeps on telling me to take lefts.
Is there a way to edit the roads to actually reflect this time dependency ?
