There is actually an area like this in my area. There is a shopping area in a now long gone power plant, and where one of the cooling lakes used to be is now a strip mall with a walmart. On the client the lake is still there and there are parking lot roads on the lake.

Why do users have the ability to add red light / speed cameras at all? These are stationary and should be up to editors to add.

Some speed cameras are mounted on mobile trailers in some juristictions and get moved around based on time of year so I suppose this is to allow this to be updated rather than having an editor checking to see if it's still there

I actually had to post a Hazard Report once of "Soccer Balls on road" on the Interstate... Looked like a box of brand new soccer balls had fallen off a truck, there were about a dozen balls rolling all over the place...
