No voice command - Galaxy Note

Hi All,

Anyone facing problems like me? I am currently using Samsung Galaxy Note and i hear no voice command in the Navigate function. I've tried the following;

1) Mute & Unmute
2) Reinstalling Waze

Have you selected a voice? Do you have data enabled to download said voice? Have you turned up the volume on the side of the phone? Maybe obvious questions but it could be a simple error.

Try downloading other english voice assistant i.e english(randy) . My friend is using waze with Galaxy Note and there is no problem with the navigation voice guide.

I don't think he needed help after no reply for over 3 months...
