All my points are gone

Last week I was a Waze Warrior, this week ALL my points are gone (My dashboard shows only 3 points). Any idea of what is going on?

Are you looking at the correct dashboard?

Is there other dashboard?

If I check the scoreboard in my mobile I have 62 pts (which is better, but still far from what I had) and my rank shows up as 0.

Okay, so you are new. You might want to read the wiki http://www.waze.com/wiki to get used to how the site/product works.

When everything is caught up and running okay, points are calculated daily. Right now we are being told that on the North america server (www.waze.com) points are up to date. On the rest of the world (ROTW world.waze.com) the points routines are up to date, but the route analysis which contribute to that are behind.

See status.waze.com for news from waze on all the processes.

Things are in flux right now, as they are redesigning the backend process to deal with scaling issue.
