¡Hìjole!
That IS a little complicated, huh?
First of all, you did good on the translation! No hay problema con eso.
Second, I don't think everything is "correct" in that area. I think the Ramps should be properly labeled, saying WHERE they are connecting TO, rather where they are connecting FROM.
If you are going south on Ave S Altamira and want to keep going straight down (al sur), you will end up on one of two roads: Ave Del Avila (N) or AP Francisco Fajardo (E). Ask yourself which one of the two roads is the most likely destination? No creo que, (I don't think) it is to go north on Del Avida, because there is a U-Turn exit right there already!
So, maybe you want to change the two Ramps into Primary Streets? (150407459 & 150407460) Another thing that is important is the angle of the road segments. Try to make them look straight for as long as possible!
There are many ideas in my head right now.
You can also make the U-Turn segment (61433758) into a Service Road, and reconnect it higher up on the Primary street. (Make it look like a "U" instead of a "J") Label it "al Avenida Del Avila (N)" so that if they want to go north, Waze tells them to stay left a lot sooner before reaching all the ramps.
Then for the Ramp (61433771) label it "al Avenida Libertador" and connect it a little higher up, about half way to where the "U" is connected.
Asi no hay tantas rampas conectados en la misma zona? (That way there aren't so many ramps connected in the same area) Keep it simple, it doesn't matter what it looks like in real life too much sometimes.
