lost points

I have lost all points earned prior to new system. How can I retreive them?

Are you on the correct server? www.waze.com for USA and world.waze.com for others.

I believe I am on the correct site, USA. Another thing, I was able to log into the forum site but when I try to go to any other site I get a message y username is incorrect.

What "other site"? If you log into WazeMapEditor (WME), it wants the username exactly as you first used it in the client, with the same capitalization that is.

I know of at least two:
www.waze.com
world.waze.com

If you are an international user you have to use the world.waze.com, I know they look exactly the same, but their MAP and User Points content is not.

I'm sure fvwazing knows about the sites, he was making the point that even if the scores differ on the two servers the username/password are the same. The original poster said they got a username error on "another server".
