is there any way to limit data usuage for waze?

I already have Data compression and download traffic info on. Also I don't know if this effects the data being used but I turned of wazers, traffic layer, chit chats, and police. So how much more can I save on data as I have 200 MB on AT&T Iphone 4

Once the maps are loaded once (suggest pan and scan around your normal driving area while on wifi) the application does not use a lot of data.

It's sending your GPS coordinates to the server so map accuracy and speed data can be calculated, and then pulling data for the other services (traffic, reports, etc.)

If you search the forum, you will see other people report their usage and it isn't that bad.

Do not use the 3d-view if you want to save data. 3D needs a lot more tiles for the display.

I have no clue what your saying what do you mean maps are loaded? It's not like I can download them on my phone... the maps looks horrible if you turn off data on your phone.

The maps are downloaded to your phone in a grid pattern, based on what a route needs, or what you have viewed by moving around the map (by driving, or dragging).

That is what I mean by downloaded.
