The release notes of one of the betas said we'd be able to save a favorite with a stop point. How?
I had a route setup(papa johns then Moms....good times...) and had no way of saving it??

Good question. The release notes were pretty short on this feature: "Routes with stop points can be saved to favorites as well." I've also looked the favorites to find a way to save a set of stop point+destination, but am not seeing it. Perhaps it's one of the features they are rolling in before full release?

When in the alternative routes screen, Map view - pressing the target button does not appear to do anything.

We are aware of that and will remove it. It's not supposed to be there.

Can we get the option 'Auto-learn routes to frequent destinations' renamed? This is very confusing to Wazers as they think that it will learn the way to get to a frequently traveled destination which it does not. We get constant questions about this functionality in the forum.

Maybe it would be better to call it something like:

'Destination prediction - automatically set a route to destinations you frequent when you start Waze'

You brought up an important and interesting point. We will indeed consider it!

I've reproduced this trying to add a stop from categories with every provider except foursquare and Waze. Google, yelp, yp, bing, etc. all produce this error. I will upload logs soon and have video as well.

I suspect it's happening due to this known issue:
Error message appear when tapping a category result if its details are not loaded yet
It's not related to adding the category as a stop-point, but to selecting the result before its details are loaded. If you take a look at the video, you'll see that the results from Waze and Foursquare are loaded quickly with details (by details I mean time+Km), but the results' details from the other providers are not loaded yet before you tap them.
We fixed this bug for the upcoming beta.
If you manage to reproduce the problem you described regardless of this known issue, then it's indeed related to something else and we'll investigate it.

Since I can reproduce it in the beta, think I will post it here in the hopes that it will be looked at (even though I think this is not a beta induced issue).

Volume issue.

My personal opinion is that the volume for TTS is too low, despite have all the sliders to full, and the application volume (by the volume buttons when TTS is active) turned all the way up also.

I noticed the other day while switching between apps, that the volume is perfect when the application is backgrounded. Only when it is in the foreground does the volume get too soft again.

I haven't seen it happen again since, but I've had it start behaving as though always-north is turned on when it was off.

The search bug and the Categories bug are both gone for me in this one. Nice.

I forgot about sound. Same volume control bug is there. Client volume control is ignored on new session, and behaves as though at 100%.

You're talking about device volume. I am not. Waze also has two sliders now. One for its own volume, which it has had for a LONG time now, and a recent addition which is a slider for device volume. Device volume is always on max for me. Waze volume is always around 20%. I never touch any of them. Waze isn't reading its own setting properly, or at least obeying it.

Yeah, I've never been able to notice any pattern to paving failing. It's pretty annoying.
