Contacta el Área Manager
de donde se ubica el error, su nombre aparece en el mapa bloqueado.
Aquí la respuesta que me dieron y procedimiento para un caso semejante:
"If you do not have the proper permissions, you can ask the local area manager to do it for you:
You can contact this Area Manager by either sending PM (privat message) to him:
- Login to the forum, go to "User Control Panel" and select the "privat message" tab.
Or by sending him an email, using the forum:
- Click on his username and select "e-mail XXXX".
(currently there is no option to search for users on the forum, so to search for a user you can use google:
Then find his post and click on his user name.
If you encounter any problem contacting a user or fail to get cooperation with him, please let us know."
