, when I encountered that problem (client version 2.x), I found that editing something on the map nearby would clear it up at the next map update. Apparently, the segment ID numbers get out of sync between the routing database and the map tile database, and the easiest way to solve it is to force the tiles to regenerate by editing something in the same area.
So if you can make an Update Request each time you're in the vicinity of these broken routes, the make some changes (hopefully improvements!) in the general area, most likely the segmented route will clear itself up at the next map update.
