Reporting Gas prices - cash or credit?

Postby jasonh300 » Thu Jun 21, 2012 5:14 am

There should be a way to indicate that a station sells real gas.

Don't get me started on E10. 10% ethanol and your mileage suffers by 15%. Pure gasoline costs about 2% more. The numbers don't make sense.

To save our precious natural resources, I'm doing my part by putting a couple of bricks in the bottom of my tank to displace a couple of gallons. Then I fill up with pure gas. Saves money and the environment!

For ROTW we provided all sorts of fuel per country. We also indicated to add an option for chargepoints for electrical cars...

That would be cool, you can add it like a red light cam. I have seen them at Whole Foods.

Has alcohol in it. A political favor to US senators from corn-producing states.

I would report the higher of the two (whichever it is). The thing is that people will like it if gas is less, but will hate it if gas is more.

Good thing they started this feature in a country where it's all relatively simple! No... wait... that's exactly the opposite of what they did!

It was probably simple for them go get the gas partners here where there is a large ammount of companies to go to and a large ammount of user base for them to negotiate with.
