Points, scoreboard and ranking problems

Interesting. WIth my now reporting 6/23 stats I see the Existing miles jumped from 3427.8 to 5742.25, but the Waze Cookie Eater Feet went from 58,000 to 17,700. About one week ago the Cookie miles did something similar and then came back a few days later. I also remember the Existing Miles also when through a similar jump back and forth every few days from a real number to a much higher inflated number. Both have been fine since the 6/16 update until now.

Hi Shirli, it looks like the 750 point candy for 500 map edits have not been credited for the past few days. I picked up 2x 750 point candy's on Thursday 21 June, and another on the 22nd, and a 4th on the 23rd, however those point do not appear in my total scores. Is there an issue or will they be credited later? I also noticed that drives have not been updating since the morning of the 23rd on the world site/Malaysia

Probably specific to non-metric countries, but did anyone have a HUGE jump in mileage last night?

I went from 10317.4 to 16616.008. I wasn't missing any mileage.

Doing the math, this is almost the exact conversion from miles to km., but it still shows "miles".

Also, my cookie eater feet went from 219826.1 to 67003.0. Once again, almost an exact conversion from feet to meters, but it still says "feet".

I notice on the main waze.com page, there's no way to set your country anymore. Did that move to another page?

I have this problem on one computer I use (work behind firewalls I don't control, but Win7, FF) where waze shows kilometers but says miles. On my home computer (also Win7, FF) I don't have the problem. Haven't figured out the difference. The problem was mentioned here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=20747

Waze are having problems with the recent spike in usage. Give it a week for points, etc to update.

So does anyone know if your 750 candies are added at edit time or at gobble time? Maybe it's just behind, but I did an insane amount of editing last week (almost 30k edits... ahem) and my points have basically stayed the same for the last 5 days, yet I have been gobbling 750 candies on every trip.

Maybe it's just behind.. Or maybe they're just for show, and the points are really added at edit time?

Candies are added at gobble time. Every once in a while the candy points quit working. They always get credited later.

k, that must be it then.. I've been at 419k for maybe 3-4 days and gobbled at least 12 750 candies. Wasn't ever sure exactly when they were added, now I know.

I haven't gotten my candies for "first week driving 5 days" and "first week driving 500 miles". How long does this take to update normally? I am fairly new and just don't want to be missing out Thanks!
