I am getting the "no network" error at startup even though the network is fine.
Right now, I'm on my home wi-fi and neither my iPhone or iPad will run Waze.
Any ideas?

I would try to uninstall Waze, do a hard reset and then reinstall.

No...don't do that! There was a network issue earlier. It seems to be fixed now. Probably related to the AWS outages in Virginia from the bad weather they've been getting for the past 24 hours.
