Cartouche and Ext Tools both report the same 24h average kph for the segments which for the bits I looked at has had a max of just under 27mph.

Could it be km/h erroneously labeled as mph?

It doesn't matter it has railway or not. Traffic shouldn't be shown in this situation. Simon, send this to support.

63kmph is 40mph, 10mph over the limit.
