Is there a way to have the time (minutes + approx time) not just miles, till the next turn?

Nope.
Mileage is not variable, so that is easy.
The question is, what would you display for the time? Approx based on current and historical speeds known by the system? Your current speed?

Waze could calculate your ETA at the next turn the same way it calculates ETA for the entire trip.
