Without more details, can't tell you for sure what the best solution is.
Most likely this is because the method of search is providing an off street end location, and waze is then having to pick the closest road to the pin.
Solutions can vary from:
Updating Bing with a better location for the pin, if the pin is not located well. Closer to the entrance road.
Use address search instead of Business name search. Addresses generally have their pin on the road instead of floating over the building.
Tap and Hold on the map at the better end point and save as a favorite.
Last resort... create parking lot road

Depends on how you are searching.
In most cases, the results is being returned by a third party partner, and the results would have to be corrected with them.
Search in Bing and Google and compare the results with Waze (most likely Bing). Then you know who you have to report it to. Note that the is various percentages of success results getting them to fix it.
If you are only concerned about your own navigation, use one of the workarounds. If you are interested in getting it fixed for the community, you will have to hammer on the partner.

When I use Waze to route to my office, it knows where the building it and puts a destination flag in the right spot. However, it always wants me to pass the building and turn left onto the next street. There is no entrance from that street and buildings between my building and that street. I did notice that it sets the destination flag pretty far back off of the road, but it is still in the right spot none the less. Is there a way to adjust that?

I think the pin placement is the issue. On the map, the pin is sitting on the back side of our facility. If I can figure out how to move it, that would be best. If not, I will try one of the other items. Now, off to search for pin placement moving instructions! (happen to have those handy?)

Thanks! I have reported it for the Bing map via Navteq. Hopefully it will get sorted out. In the meantime, I have added a favorite at the front of the property.
Thank you for your help!
