First Report of a Map problem bonus points not given?

Currently one of the bonus points I could achieve is the 50 points for "First report of a Map Problem". But what are the requirements for that?

On several occasions in the last two weeks I used the "Map Problem" button, but I never received the bonus points for that. And I drive almost daily using a route and never I've found the bonus points for this.

Is it the fact that I solve most of the problems my self using the editor? But I also received once a message that someone else has corrected a problem that I signaled.

It is not the points (although I'm almost in the top 10 % :oops:

), but I want to understand what is happening.

Lots of backlogs at the moment. It does seem to be starting to clear so you may see the candies in the next few days.

I don't believe that this achievement is currently working. Waze has been making changes to the infrastructure to improve the service. I believe that they have not yet enabled this achievement after they made some previous changes.

Hasn't this one been broken ever since UR's went to WME in stead of Cartouche?

Sounds like that could be the case. Either way, wouldn't it be solved problems that are given this bonus?

Yes, I also believe this was broken when Update Requests were moved from Cartouche to WME. I wonder if this is that difficult to fix or more than likely just forgotten about.

Backlogs of more then a month? Nah, I don't think so.
As others said, it is broken, probably.
