Olympics 2012 - any issues

User requests raising temporary road closures, turn restrictions etc due to the Olympics will probably get marked as solved without any change being made. Although this is less than optimal, the current timescales for Waze map updates would mean that changes would just about be made in time for them to be reverted after the Games. Apologies in advance.

If you get the chance to do it safely please mark a user request as permanent or not Olympics or something like that.

I'll drop some event markers on some of the most important closures, congestion points tomorrow. If you want to suggest places to put them (polite please!) then please do so in this thread.

thanks for those markers :-)...

I went from Holborn to Ilford this morning a 2am on a 25!!! (don't ask). It look's like everything is set to go at ground level, we will just have to wait and see how waze handles it. Even if people ignore the messages in waze they cant miss the big temp maxtrix signs the met are using....
