Here's one for the books!
That spot is on one of the approach paths for Westchester Airport. That's my guess. I don't think there is a plane on the ground there ...

I reported hidden police presence, and nearly immediately after I reported it, it was marked as not there. since it happened so quickly, I would not be surprised if the police department has someone watching waze to see when police presence is reported, and then marks them as not there to delete them off the map. I hope you guys are developing a way to detect if an abuser is not near the area but reports map issues as not there."
It could even be the officer himself doing it. It's not like they don't know the program exists.

Go West.
Oh come on, you call your self an editor? Obviously there is an issue somewhere on the route to CA, trace the entire route(s) west and make sure that routing issue is fixed.

Sorry, cant fix that.
Well that's not a very motivated answer, get out there with your shovel and fix the flooding.

doesn't work well with pandora
First let me say that I know this is actually an important issue to some users, but my first thought was a good reply would be.
"Many newer vehicles are coming with an advance new device pre-installed at no extra cost these days, it's called a radio, you can often find a wide variety of music being played on the radio with no bandwidth costs or issues. You should see if your car was built recently enough to have one." (p.s. this was posted in the middle of Las Vegas, not out in the boonies where they only have one station.)
