Curious why so many roads are locked with incorrect turn restrictions. I'd be glad to play with corrections, but there are so many locked primary roads with wrong information, I'm sure I will never go back to them all and it would be nonsense to think I would drop them all in this blog. Is there another option? I've lived here 40+ years and could do many fixes quickly with appropriate access.

In the old days, before the WME/Papyrus editor, the lock function served a different purpose and it was common practice to lock everything you touched, whether it was complete or not. In early 2011, nobody was higher than level 2, so it didn't matter much.

So I started my map editing because Waze takes me "around the block" to avoid a left hand turn that is actually allowed. Because of the locks all around the intersection, I cannot modify for the correction. I went through a handful of corrections, but kept running into so many locks it was difficult to do anything. My drive to work is only 7 miles of city driving. I doubt if I fixed more than 2 miles, but no for lack of trying. Any help with the locks, I would be glad to continue to play. Otherwise, it is too frustrating to keep posting a bunch of unlocks when I may have 4 sides of the same intersection that are locked!
