On the Washington, DC beltway, the on-ramp from northbound New Hampshire Ave. to westbound I-495 (see:
https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=6&lat ... s=21751217) had been closed for construction, and it's map segment had been disconnected and locked. I noticed a few days ago that the ramp had been re-opened, so after verifying it was open by using it, I submitted an unlock request for it and noticed today that it had been unlocked, so I re-connected it. However, while the editor let me re-connect the segment, it won't let me un-restrict the turn where the on-ramp merges into the highway segment for the traffic lanes of I-495. Can anyone help with this?
Thanks!

They highway is locked. You need to do another request to have both of those highway segments unlocked too.

I happened across the turn restrictions on this ramp before I saw this post. I unrestricted them. Let me know if there is anything further amiss.

Thanks CBenson. Maybe you can help me with another editing problem I'm having. The map at the intersection of Riggs Road and South Dakota Ave. in NE DC is incorrect due to the recent completion of re-construction of that intersection. There's a user-reported-problem on the map at that location that illustrates the problem (the user's GPS route shows the correct new pattern).
(See:
https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=5&lat ... s=67026787)
The segment highlighted in the permalink and the small red segment just above it are both inaccurate and need to be deleted, but the editor won't let me delete them. I reviewed the editor documentation, but the steps described there (select the segment and click the trashcan icon/button) don't work for me as the trashcan icon/button stays disabled when I select the segment. Any advice on how to correct this intersection?

I see that the last editor on those segments in an area manager (level(2)). I believe that there is a glitch that will not let you delete roads that were last edited by a higher ranked editor. You should, however, be able to make any other edit to the segments (say a slight shift to a geometry node). Once you do that and save, you will be the last editor and should be able to delete the segments.
If you still can't delete these, let me know and I will.

That's correct. It's been on the Known Issues list wiki page since February of this year. The workaround is also posted there.
