The Delancey St. Exit from 1-9 North Express Lanes has been closed. Only the exit from the local lanes is open. The express exit has been closed for about 1 yr. Please unlock or update. Thanks.

I locked it. Didn't notice it being closed the last time I went by (within the past 6 months).

Do you know if it is a permanent closure?

Yes, the exit from the express lanes only appears to be permanent closure based on the redesign of the whole intersection of Delancey and Stockton.

The exit from the local lanes has been redesigned and is open.

I cleaned up both sides. Take a look.

And boy do I feel old. I remember when the express lanes there were the south bound lanes and that exit was an on-ramp!
