Check je ook even de doodlopende segmenten welke je ge-edit hebt? Deze hebben geen eindnode. Zonder eindnode kan er niet vandaan genavigeerd worden...

It looks like a bug in the server.
I cannot change anything now, but the arrow just turned green by itself..

Yes. If you drove it multiple times. We just don't know how often "multiple" is.
