Here's my latest script, which adds color highlighting to segments and landmarks according to their status and type. The highlighting of segments is likely to be most useful, for it shows locked and un-named roads.

Chrome users will need to download this to their PC, and then drag '141050.user.js' into the Extensions tab.
Firefox users will need the Greasemonkey addon. Many thanks to Dave2084, AlanOfTheBerg and bgodette, and many other beta testers who gave feedback and added features.

Great script! Works well so far!
Now I can see all the locked roads that I can't edit.

Can you post step by step instructions to install this in Chrome? I drag it to the Extensions window and it just opens the source code. I don't know what to do after that.
Thanks

I had some problems loading one of the other scripts as discussed
here. The problem was making sure that file dropped in the Extensions ended in user.js.

The script must be named <something>. user.js else it will not work.
Use the original name of 141050.user.js and it should install fine.

I agree. It is great. I tried it as soon as I got home. It is great! Thanks!
