The problem has already been fixed - by the look of it on October 23rd when
this segment was last edited. Typically, where connectors like this join a 2-way road, the "turn-back" turn needs to be disabled. The UR's are red - if they are pretty old, they may pre-date that October update making it to the client.
However, there is still something that needs doing at this junction. Since there's a left turn lane for traffic coming from the south-east, the left turn at the main T-junction should be disabled. The street markings in the aerials show right turn only at the T.
Also, the Wiki suggests that ramps should only be used for connecting roads at different levels. AFAIK street types should be used at junctions like this.
