Maybe you should post your request in the Belgian forum. As far as I know, some of the Belgian country managers (who are all Dutch ) have editing rights for the whole Benelux, but not all of them are keeping an eye on this thread, only the Dutch and Belgian update request threads.

Here are some infos from the offical ministery of roads and bridges:

All the roads and Highways with their offical name : LINK, these are not the street names but road numbers with the type of the road, as e.g. CR = Chemin Repris which would be a primary road.

Unlocked...

I will try to open a seperate forum for Luxembourg in a few weeks...

And also a Wiki page with some country specific rules. We're finishing a big project in Belgium right now, but this is one of the next projects on my to-do list

Till then I suggest to use the Belgium forum as gerben suggests.

It's good to know there are some active editors over there...I didn't talk to anyone till now...
