I was trying to edit maps for the construction that is occurring on NY 110 and northern state parkway.
I have what the breadcrumb trail looks like from the gps, is there a way to import that or just edit and try to match as best I can?
With the new bridge just north of the old bridge Northern State Parkway was moved and all the exits are different now. Gwynne now is a dead end road and no longer connects to route 110.
Construction is not finished yet but all the exits do now look like this:

If you've driven the new roads, you can access your drive trace using the Drives tab in the editor. Any portion of your drive that does not match existing roads appears red. You can click on those red chunks and a create segment dialog appears.
