No User control panel on Firefox browser

Hi to all,

This is my first posting. Hope I post to the correct place.

Currently my Firefox browser version 17.0.1 does not show "User Control Panel" and I can't login even if I paste the URL link, ucp.php?mode=login direct.

I do not face this problem with Google Chrome Version 23.0.1271.97 m

Hope someone out here can help.

This looks to me more like a FF problem than waze problem.

Have you tried these steps?

Thanks for the link.

The problem is resolved after going into FF History, forget the URL world.waze.com and
go back in to the URL to refresh the website.

The "User Control Panel" can be seen already.
