Hello,
I am joining Twist3r about the letter in the house numbers : in Poland we have also such address :
10B 10C
we have for example some address like this :
Sarmacka 7c , Warsaw
Obrzeżna 1A , Warsaw
and it is quite usual situation.

In reference to the Hawaii addresses, the prefix is for tax key mapping.

Does this mean that they do not have to be sequential? We have a nonsequential system here. I am too tired to think now, but I'd appreciate a full explanation for the time when I have had enough sleep
