Well, we looked at the logs on our side and we do not have an explanation for sometimes being able to chew on a goodies and sometimes not.
So what we suggest is the following:
0. Clear the logs by submitting them before trying to recreate this issue.
1. When you encounter such a goodie - turn on the debug mode (by selecting 'Drive'/'Search' and writing 2##2 in the address field). This is a toggle so doing it a 2nd time.
2. Try to capture the scenario if possible (screen shots will help) and then send us the logs (which will be several logs because of the debug mode) and pictures.
3. Send us an email detailing the user name, scenario that occurred, time and place.
4. And don't forget to turn off the debug mode.
Hopefully with the debug mode we can recreate the exact travel and understand why such issues occur.
