The satellite imagery from Bing may not yet showing your apartment complex if it is in one of those empty lots. Otherwise get us closer to the actual complex by zooming in from the link above and post a new Permalink following my previous instructions.

Best option at this point is to record the roads with the client using the bulldozer, waiting until they appear on the map, and editing/naming them. No copy copy from other mapping services.
