Navigation recommends going the wrong way on a one way ramp to a freeway

That's usually caused by a ramp that is set with the wrong direction. Waze won't send you on a segment that is configured illogically. The problem is that you know the ramp goes east but somehow the ramp got configured to run west. Click on the road. Click the edit panel - edit road details link. Change the direction. Click Locked. Click Save
